Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Submission format: Only electronically submitted abstracts will be accepted.
- Language: Abstracts must be written in English.
- Proofreading: Authors are advised to proofread for spelling and grammar before submitting.
- Word limit: Abstracts must not exceed 300 words.
- Text formatting: No use of all upper-case letters.
- Content restrictions: No graphs, tables, photographs, or slide presentations.
- Content field: The title or author’s name/institutions must not be inserted in the ‘Content’ field.
- Paragraph format: Abstracts will be published as one paragraph with specific formatting for headings.
- Confirmation email: A confirmation email with an abstract number will be sent after submission.
- Contact information: Please contact the conference Secretariat at sbsicon2025@gmail.com if you do not receive a confirmation.
- Originality: The material must not have been published or presented at other meetings.
- Attendance requirement: Submission implies the presenting author will register and attend the conference in Lucknow, India to present the abstract either as an oral presentation or as an e-poster if it is accepted.
- Committee rights: The SBSICON scientific committee can change the topic or form of presentation or reject the abstract.

NOTE
The presenting author of an accepted abstract (oral and e-poster) must register and pay the conference registration fee to have his/her abstract included in the Final Programme. The deadline for online abstract submission is extended till 7th Aug , 2025.
