1. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

· Scheduling
conflicts

b. Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price (excluding any processing or transaction fees). Refunds will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
c. Event Rescheduling
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will
remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled
date, please contact us within [X] days of the announcement to request a
refund.
2. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are generally transferable unless otherwise stated on the event listing. If you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, please ensure they bring proof of the original purchase to the event.
3. Non-Delivery of Tickets
If you do not receive your ticket(s) within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder first. If still undelivered, contact our support team at sbsicon2025@gmail.com for assistance.
